| Flexibility
The actor’s versatility helps the trainer to be flexible and
responsive to individual and group needs.
• Improvisation
Actors are used to being put on the spot and coming up with creative
solutions
• Characterisation
We can portray several different characters within the same session,
giving the course designer more options when funds and time are
limited
|
|
• Assimilation
We can assimilate new material at short notice, allowing the trainer
to explore new work-related issues through bespoke role-plays devised
on the day
• Feedback
Actors have been trained to be ‘involved in’ yet ‘detached
from’ the action and so can observe and make mental notes
of what they see and hear.
This ‘third eye’ enables them to give accurate, honest
and constructive feedback. All our experienced role-players can
give detailed behavioural feedback and act as facilitators for feedback
discussions, if required.
