EDC actors took part in snapshot role-plays based on a range of performance management issues. These took place in small groups and then the actors participated in extended bespoke spotlight role-plays in a plenary session.

‘The best part of the day for me was the role-plays and the one-to-one feedback sessions with the actors. It gave an opportunity to run through a ‘real life’ situation with someone you weren’t already familiar with as well as allowing you to view other people in the same situation.’
