| 1 Individual Role-Plays
Actors are given a brief in advance of individual role-plays lasting
between 20-40 minutes depending on the complexity and depth of exploration
required.
The role-play is usually one to one with the actor. Often the role-play
takes place with one observer and one facilitator. Sometimes it
is videoed so that the delegate can review the experience at a later
date.
Sometimes the delegate can be working with a learning partner or
team who all observe and may join in feedback at the end.

This is the most in depth method of
role-play and creates an experience through which the delegate remembers,
“how the learning felt.” |
