5 Snapshot Role-plays

These provide an opportunity for a larger group to explore together a variety of issues.

The scenarios can be pre-prepared and titles on cards “drawn out of a hat”. Or, those present can split into smaller groups and write a few lines describing a workplace dilemma. The role-play is then improvised with an actor at no more than 5 minutes in length.

The role-play is very short – just enough time to get an idea of the problem and try out the initial stages of dealing with it – so there’s no time to get anxious about the process. Each short role-play acts as a catalyst for group discussion.
