4 Teams Coaching Role-Players

Two actors illustrate, in a short scripted or improvised scene, a workplace situation. The group divides into 2 teams. Each team coaches one actor, the actor remaining in role. This enables both teams to explore their own approaches to the issues involved and to practise coaching skills.
