Stephen Earle, Barbara
Darnley and Hilary Cromie.
We have all spent our careers in theatre – in the West End
, repertory and Theatre in Education, as well as teaching drama
and leading workshops.
In 1999 we discovered our talents were valued in another sphere
– the world of business training - and EDC Role-play was formed.

As the company evolved and the scope
of our work increased, we decided to change the company name to
EDC Interplay, reflecting the growing demand for different types
of drama-based learning.
